Many people (myself included) don’t drink enough water. Maybe because water can get boring. I need more flavor! I’ve been trying to kick my soda habit, so I wanted to find something healthy but still tasty. And that didn’t cost a fortune. Then I heard about fruit infused water. Filtered water and fresh fruit. It doesn’t get much healthier than that!

I hate to use the word recipe here, because they’re so flexible. They’re more like suggestions. First, grab whatever fruits and herbs you have on hand. Then throw a few slices/leaves in a glass of filtered water. You can even get awesome glass infuser bottles like this.
You can also make a whole pitcher. Toss your fruit & herbs into a pitcher and fill with filtered water. After that, just pop it in the fridge and drink. You can get a special infuser pitcher too!
