It doesn’t get much healthier than that!

Vitamin Rich Fruits to Infuse
You can use almost any fruit you want. We all know the basics, for example, lemon, lime, or cucumber. But what about infusing some kiwi, watermelon, pomegranate or mango? Get creative! Take a look at all of the health benefits you get from infusing these fruits:
Lemons & Limes: flushes toxins, aids digestion, boosts immune system, rejuvenates skin, natural energizer.

Fruit Infused Water Recipes
I hate to use the word recipe here, because they’re so flexible. They’re more like suggestions. First, grab whatever fruits and herbs you have on hand. Then throw a few slices/leaves in a glass of filtered water. You can even get awesome glass infuser bottles like this.
You can also make a whole pitcher. Toss your fruit & herbs into a pitcher and fill with filtered water. After that, just pop it in the fridge and drink. You can get a special infuser pitcher too!
